CSV Here provides tools for metadata generation, file workflows, and related features ("the Service"). The Service may use third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini) when you generate content. Availability and behaviour of those providers are outside our control.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Credits and subscriptions are described on the Pricing page and in your admin-managed package settings. We may adjust free-tier limits or pricing with reasonable notice where required.
Where a package defines a period as one month for administrative purposes, that period is 30 days, regardless of how many days are in a calendar month.
If the site operator enables it, you may supply your own Gemini API key. You are responsible for that key's security, usage, and compliance with Google's terms. We store personal keys encrypted at rest when the server is configured to do so.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to probe, disrupt, or overload our systems, or to use the Service for unlawful content or activity. We may suspend access for violations.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
